“My wife and I have been developing and refining our vision for a family mountain retreat for a long time. 

When it finally came time to put our plan into action, we spent almost two years seeking out, engaging, and sharing our vision with a number of well respected contractors.  Each one had beautiful pictures showing their previous work and came with solid recommendations.  Even though each one met with us and listened to what we said - we just didn't feel like they truly understood our vision. That all changed when we met Jay and his team at Eaglewood.  Unlike the others, Jay not only understood our vision and embraced our plan; from the very first meeting he was able to identify improvements and enhancements we never envisioned.  His attention to detail instilled us with the confidence to trust that he would not just get things done, but that they would be done right.   We knew we needed someone who we could build our dream home even though we wouldn't be around locally to oversee the project.  We decided to entrust our dreams with Jay and Eaglewood.

From start to finish Jay ensured we were kept up to date on all progress. 

He provided us with pictures or videos throughout the project so we could review the progress and provide feedback as needed.  Even though we couldn't be there physically throughout the project, this communication, along with Jay's responsiveness, allowed the process to work while giving us peace of mind.   He was always responsive to our feedback and found solutions for all the unexpected surprises that surface during a large and complex project.  We learned to lean on Jay's design skills, experience, and knowledge throughout, and when the project was completed we ended up with a result that didn't just meet our expectations, it delivered on our dream. ”
